Franz Josef Nick is managing director of MALEKI Services for Finance GmbH.

His professional career began in 1988 in the legal department of Citibank Frankfurt, whose management he took over in 1997. In 2001, he was appointed Chief Representative of TARGOBANK (formerly Citibank) and one year later appointed to the Executive Board. In 2008, he finally took over the post of CEO, which he held until 2015.

Franz Josef Nick, born in 1959, was a member of numerous committees until 2015 – in the Legal Committee of the Association of German Banks; on the Supervisory Board of SCHUFA Holding AG; in the member of the committee for the private customer business of the Federal Association of German banks e.V .; in the Exchange Council of the Dusseldorf Stock Exchange; and on the Supervisory Board of TARGO Lebensversicherung AG.
