Dr. Stefan Liebing is Managing Partner of Conjuncta GmbH. The company is active as an investor and project developer for infrastructure projects and in management consultancy.

Prior to that, Liebing held various management positions in the energy industry, most recently with EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG and previously with Shell in The Hague and Hamburg. During these stations, he successfully negotiated numerous major infrastructure, power plant, petrochemical, and oil and gas production projects in Russia / Central Asia, Middle East, and Africa.
